Mr. Kasliwal spoke about how we can create endless possibilities by a simple change in perspective and networking. He stressed the need to understand people rather than asking people to understand you. A good leader is the one who understands your concerns as well as tries to maintain harmony and synchronization within a team. ‘Follow what is said in the books’ and ‘lead by example’ were the two most important advice given by Mr. Kasliwal. The session was eye-opening as Mr.Kasliwal taught the students about the benefits of maintaining high and consistent energy levels.
The focus then shifted to India or as Mr. Kasliwal likes to call it “Bharath.” He focussed on the need to have great leaders for the country in the present. The session was interactive and the students asked a lot of questions. Students got a chance to understand how to maintain work-life balance and focus properly on various activities. They understood how to deal with conflicting situations. We got to hear about leadership and creating an impact from the horse’s mouth and we are sure this will help all the students who are aspiring to become great leaders.
